Walk Registration — Terms & Conditions

By placing an order you buy from Walkathon NPC t/a Soweto 76 Walkathon either a walk entry ticket (R20) or an event t-shirt (R120). These products are sold separately. A group order covers you plus each named companion at the unit price × quantity shown on your invoice.

Payment

Pay by card (instant confirmation via our payment partner) or by EFT into the Soweto Farmers Market Capitec business account using the unique payment reference on your invoice. The amount locked on your invoice is the amount due.

Entry & collection

Entry on 10 October 2026 requires a valid portal QR issued after we confirm payment. T-shirts (when purchased) are collected on event day at the merch table with the t-shirt QR. A stall QR is not a walk ticket.

Minors & privacy

Under-18s require guardian consent/indemnity. Personal information is processed under POPIA for event administration, medical next-of-kin contact, t-shirt fulfilment, and payment matching only.
